The Authority wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to co-ordinate, manage and deliver these services in an efficient, timely and compliant manner. The appointed Contractor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end service delivery, providing professional advice, handling complex property matters, and ensuring value for money.
