Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish two contracts: • Lot 1 Asbestos removal and remediation services • Lot 2 Asbestos analyst services The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the 'Open' tendering procedure as detailed in the Procurement Act 2023 (the "Act") and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (the "Regulations".) For Lot 1 the asbestos removal and remediation services contract, the initial contract period is two years and is estimated to commence on 1st February 2027 and expire on 31st Januar
